9800XT fan making a racket! Need a replacement..

Is there a way to replace just the fan, not the whole cooler on a 9800XT?

I've got one on my Windows Vista test rig that making a racketing noise, not loud but irritating. I noticed that there are screws holding the fan to the cooler so it looks like it can be easily replaced.

Any info would be appreciated.
