I just noticed that my 9800xt is at 71C degree. Is it okay for a video card to be this hot?? I heard that for cpu it's better to keep it cool under 60C.
Video cards these days usually run that hot under load. Don't worry about it too much. CPU's usually last through several video card upgrades so they need to be kept cooler so they don't crack from expansion and contraction due to their temps fluctuating from room temp to 110-160 plus degrees.
High temps are bad for electronic devices unless you change them out semi-frequently, ala video cards; then it doesn't matter a whole lot.
