Looks like the reference ATI design. Most thermal solutions designed for the 9800 Pro will work on your card, you'll just need to remove that rear heatsink and maybe the RAMSinks if they are too tall.

That's the back of the card, do you have any pics of the front-side of the 9800? The core actually resides on the other side.
 
Something like this should work nicely. Zalman even has nice instructions for you to check out... just that thermal paste only goes over the actual core, not the whole GPU.
 
thanks guys, i'll prolly order that later this week, and put it on my card...thanks a bundle, i was getting quite tired of frequent crashes!
