9800pro missing capacitor

I was trying to plug the power plug into the 9800 and accidently broke off a cap. can anyone help me figure out the model number of this cap

You may be able to sauter (spelling?) it back into place. I remember a co-worker doing this with a 9800 capacitor once when I worked as a tech. The customer never knew the difference :p
 
I did the same thing on a Powercolor 9700 Pro. I RMA'ed the card and just put the capacitor in the bag and the sent me a new one.

Yeah, soldering it should work, as long as you didn't harm the capacitor when you broke it off. Make sure it matches the right polarity when you put it in though, otherwise you could have yourself a nice Radeon 9800 paperweight for sure.

edit: Just saw you lost the capacitor. I don't have a 9800 on hand or I could tell you. Sorry. :(
