9800pro bites the dust

Hey all, i started a thread a while ago about my almost dead 9800pro and im RMAing it this week

so what should i replace it with? I want a good all round card (i.e. not just ati becasue ati is better for HL2) so should i:

1. get another 9800pro but buy a big fan thingy for it to keep it nice and cool

2. inject some cash and get a 9800xt

3. swap completely and go for a 6800nu

as it stands im leaning towards the 6800, but the fact that its only gpt 128mb of ram compared to 256 of the 9800xt is a bit of an annoyance..

point me in the right direction please thanks! :D
 
6800NU way faster and newer tech, I promise that you will not be dissapointed. Or screw all of this, save your money and get an X800XT. hehe

lol i would if only i hadnt ordered a nice new 19" tft literally the week b4 the crap with the 9800pro started to happen :D

but anyway

cheers lads, 6800nu it is, any recommendations for specific brands ?
