Well after moding my shuttle it running cooler than it used to and it a lot quieter than with the stock fan but now the Radeon fan is the only thing that making the noise :(

I have 2 80mm fans one on the ice and one top blow hole exchuasting air and my system runs super cool.......Now which one would be better for my 9800np that runs stock speeds..

1.) Zalman VGA Heatpipe Cooler ZM80A-HP

OR

2.) Zalman ZM80C-HP

My local comp store has only the ZM80A-HP so would i be fine with that one or do i have to get the newer version the 2nd one ?

oh common guys i know someone has to have some input for me:(

Yeah i have a zalman heatpipe on my ati 9800. Should work fine.
Its gets a little hot but i have a case with a fan on the side blowing air onto the heatsink hooked up to a fan controler for quietness.

Volks I think I saw somewhere that Zalman ZM80C-HP and the ZM80A-HP do not fit in Shuttles without modification...

The one that fits without modification is the ZM50-HP...I heard this about the SB75G2 so I am not sure about the Shuttle you have now...

yeah u gotta cut the side of the chasis but that ok with me as longest i lose the stock fan
