How does the 9800 stack up against the 9600XT? They're about at the same price point, how does the performance go?

The 9800 series, above "SE" and the 9600 series can't compare. It's like buying a Geforce 4 MX400 vs a Geforce 3 Ti series. Apples and oranges.
