9800 Pro, white lines between textures

I've got a new system with a 9800 Pro, and I'm getting occasionaly white lines between textures in a couple games (GTA3, KOTOR). Trying to figure out if this is a heat issue, drivers, or something else.

System details:

3.0 GHz P4
P4C800-E Deluxe mobo
1 Gig Corsair mem
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro
Win XP SP1a
Catalyst 3.10
