first you need to find out if u have an R360 core(xt) then you can flash it to a modded 128mb XT bios. and u can get XT speeds from it

no sense in modding it.

There is no advantage over modding it vs just overclocking it.

I have a R360 core 9800 Pro..I have it OC'd to 412/360 runs great.

apparently there's optimization in 9800XT bios; it has been demonstrated that Pro card flashed with XT bios performs better at the same clock speed; however, performance gain is minimal.

I heard you can flash it into a xl1800,, where is that bios... :p

yeah i heard you can flash it to nvidia 7800 and get the image quality improvements too

Flashing a 9800 pro is like getting out an umbrella in a hurricane.....

It will make a small difference MAYBE that is if you dont wreck the card in the process.

NOT worth it today..

maybe when it was new and you were trying to out epenis someon in 3dmark but not today when its a 3rd rate card...
