Hey all,

This has been happening for the past few months, and I would like to get it fixed.. if it can be. Whenever I am using the card, it could crash without warning, no matter how graphical the game I'm playing is.

I used to run games superb, including HL2 at highest settings, and now when I do that, it could crash the game, or become unstable and sticky. Even playing my MMORPG (Asheron's Call) which is not very graphical at all, can crash the card at any time.

I've tried different drivers, but they don't seem to make a difference. My computers temp is usually hovering around 50C (CPU) and 40C (Case).

If anybody could give me an idea on why this happens.. I would be appreciative. Thanks!
 
I would pop the case open and see if the fan is still spinning. Sounds to me like you have a dead or dieing GPU fan to me.
 
Thanks for the reply. I checked, and the fan is still going steady. The cards only like 6 months old.. if that. I should check if it's still under some type of warrenty.
