Yah, a spinoff of my other 9800 pro thread...

I've read about the 9800 pro atlantis being 128 bit memory, but now Sapphire's website and newegg's website, as well as most recent reviews of the card place it at 256 bit memory. The card + box newegg/sapphire/reviews show looks identical to mine.
 
I have a 9800 Pro Atlantis. It is 256 bit memory. You can tell by looking at the RAM chips. If they are in a L pattern, you have 256 bit memory.
