I have a card that doesn't turn on nothing happens, I bought it and some ramsinks where fallen off do you guys think that might be the problem

Sounds like you may have shorted out a component on the card... look for burnt spots on the card.

Try taking it out and re-seating it (I have seen sooo many "non functional" cards just slightly out of the slot).

It doesn't have burn spots and I tried it on another PC and it didn't work also
I aso took the heatsink off to see if the chip was burnet but it wasn't it looks normal
Anybody know a website where I can upload the photos I took so you guys can help me out
