Here in Hampton Roads Virginia at least, CompUSA has the 9800 Pro for $230 w/ a $30 mail in rebate. ($200) Pretty sweet deal if you want a retail card from a brick and mortar shop.

you know whats funny I was there today and they had intel processors for sale. They wanted 500.00 for a 3.0c. I was like wtf. They wanted 99.99 to install memory. The motherboard prices were off the wall too but 500.00 for 3.0c???? Then they had ddr4000 512mb stick for 119.00 Oh well
I wanted to tell this guy that was buying a 239.00 amd mb to go to newegg

Pretty good deal but tax will even it out to about online prices, and thats after you have to wait for the rebate. Still a good price none the less for someone who wants one quickly.

That's assuming you buy OEM version.

True, but the Built by ATi 9800 pro doesn't come with any bonus software... although the longer warranty is nice :)

I bought mine on Dec 12th and a friend of mine just bought his today......he spent $100 less than I did................bastard. :D

Got one today in Maryland CompUSA because my 9700pro fried. I was going to wait for the next GPUs to come along but my old card had other plans. At least it picked a good sale to die during. LOL:) There was one left when I got out of there. Having trouble getting it to run at 8x agp though.
