I'm looking to sell my 9800 soon so that I can sae up for a 7800GT. I was wondering what the starting price should be that I put it on eBay for or the price I should put it in the forums for.

i know that new, they are selling for $90 on eBay. Mine is lightly used and hasn't had any hard gaming expect for about 4 hours of Oblivion so far.

Its all still stock but it's a great card. I just want to be able to run Oblivion at full settings. MEDIUM IS CRAP! :p

You won't be able to play Oblivion on full settings with a 7800GT.

I had a 9800 Pro and had a hard time selling it. I dont think you get much more than $60 for it IMO.

He won't be able to run it at full settings at 1024 x 768? He definitely will at that res. Not sure why it is you say that - maybe referring to hdr + aa?

I have a friend that playsi it at full settings at 1024x768 and it runs flawlessly. Thats all I need and I don't feel like spending totally rediculous amonuts of money on the 7900 or another card. The 7800 is perfect for me.

$60 bucks is all I'm really looking for. I don't need the card and got it basically for free so any amount of money is a bonus.

Umm... yes he will. I did it just fine at 1680x1050 with playable enough frame rates.
