9800 GX2 temp question

I just got a second 9800 gx2 for my folding rig and I was wondering if my temps are ok. 3 of the 4 GPUs are at about 80c and then one of them is at 107C (this is under load folding).

Is this normal or could it be something to do with the headsink not being seated properly?

probably the heatsink is not making good contact. you can take it apart and while you're at it, replace the stock tim with mx-2 or ceramique.
 
Try using EVGA Precision or Rivatuner to set the fan speed manually to 100% to see if it helps any.
