I'm interested in upgrading my video card to the 9800 gx2 and didn't see my current power supply on nvidias list. I have a st75zf. I know the watts are fine but wasn't sure on the connections... If anyone could help a noob out it would be great.

I think the cards that supply you one in the box like BFG, warranty their cards using the supplied adapter. You would be covered for a GPU replacement if things went south using the one that they gave you.

They can't tell if you were using an adapter in the first place, and as long as you have the proper amps on your PSU, a 6pin to 8pin adapter will work fine.
