980 Classified Max Voltage

With watercooling, what is the max voltage that a 980 Classy can safely be given?
 
I don't think cooling matters all that much for the 980's voltage. According to this site's review, Maxwell changed GPU overclocking and voltage doesn't matter as much, over volting it just means you hit the power limit that much faster. I don't know about the Classy specifically though.

The Classies have no power limit.
