my refurb 9700np aiw is giving me refresh-looking lines on the screen sometimes.

i get it on bootups, and sometimes on all black screens its a little noticeable.

games look perfect, and my desktop looks fine

how can i get rid of these?
is there some profile or something in the ati control panel that can help this problem?
 
Its the TV tuner and normal....i thought the same when i first got my retail box.
 
oh yea and by the way

the tv tuner used to be installed (i got drivers off website)
but nothing worked.....

can anyone send me a link with drivers for the 9700np aiw (whether or not they are the same for every card i dont know)

and are there any tricks to get the stuff to work right when installing?
