Is it possible to soft mod the 9700 pro to a 9800 pro. If so hook me up with details. And anyone have anymore info on half life 2. Thanks.

its not possible to just series of cards and have performance on par with the series you did it to.

No, but you can overclock the 9700 and match 9800 speeds

i read hl2 is expected to go gold sometime this month, i've had it on preorder from ebays since they announced the sept release date of last year, i should've known better, hah
