9700 pro with ramsinks. needs quiet cooling.

I have a 9700pro with ramsinks permanantly attached with arctic silver adhesive. The GPU is being cooled with a 1u HSF. Is there a silent cooler that will make contact with the gpu without the ramsinks blocking contact? The ramsinks are the low profile chrome ones. I forgot the name but they're fairly popular. So you'll probably kow what I'm talking about.
 
Are they Tweakmonster RAMSinks?

The old VGA Silencer Rev3 from Arctic Cooling should fit... I'm not sure if the new Arctic Silencer 1 will though.
 
I run my 9800 pro with Tweakmonster ramsinks and the vga silencer revision 3, and there is plenty of headroom.
