9700 dead?

i ran some 3dmark03/05 on 9700 this morning, used powerstrip to oc 360/285 n it ran fine.
then i used atitool to oc 365/286 (it can run 365 but 360 is max allowed in powerstrip so i used atitool, 285 is max oc for the mem, but atitool didn't allow 285 so i chose 286). when i ran 3dmark the screen was bit fxxed up. so i restarted and it was still fxxxed. reinstalled the cat 4.9 but same. underclock the card to 250/250 but still same. installed cat 4.8 but same prob. i was bit worried the card might have overheated but its fitted with zalman h80c and opt fan. and antec case has 2x 80cm fan the back.

2d works 100% but all 3d screen is fxxed up. whole screen is bit blurry, pixels are slightly misplaced, kinda like oc error. on 3dmark, its hard to read the fonts. im downloading directx 9.0c again n latest nvidia chipset driver but i think it might be the card..

the card is 9500np, hardmodded to 9700np, flashed to 9800np bios. i know it might be caused by 8 pipelines but hopefully not.. if 8 pipes are the cause i can undo the mod and flash back to 9500.

reinstalled directx 9c and nvidia chipset drivers but didn't help. also tried cat 4.9 n 4.8 but same prob. modded and flash the card about 1yr 1/2 ago but never had any problem until now.
3dmark01/03/05, doom3, aquamark3, prince of persia, nfs underground & hp2, far cry get error. (vertical lines due to misplaced rows of pixels, and 1/4 of bottom screen is all black/blank)
but sims2, warcrart3 & ft, serious sam se runs fine.
