I recently got a Phenom 9650, its idleing at around 52c with the stock cooler, is that normal? what would be a good sub $50 after market HSF for it. Thanks!
 
thats not normal.. the stock heatsink could be seated wrong or not enough thermal grease..

but as for the heatsink do a forum search for Xigmatek.. questions about sub 50 dollar heatsink has been answered a few 1000 times..
