What kinda fps are you getting in CS:Source/HL2

On a Athlon XP 2000+ and 512MB of RAM I got 30FPS. When I turned everything low, I got about 50FPS. Of course, Source engine is CPU/RAM dependent.
 
2.2gh and a gig of 3500 are pulling only 50fps thats horrible. My friend has 3200ram and a 9800 and he's getting over 200fps. how does that work?
 
Running 1280x1024, High quality all, reflect world, no AA/AF

I get between 30-80fps, depending upon layout of level. (Water or no water).

I usually turn on r_fastzreject also.
