I just bought a 9600xt and the card si great and works fine at stock levels(499/267) and overdrive levels(526/297). At both speeds they are 100% stable and I get idle temps of about 36 or 37 degrees, lower if I take the side of the case off. Is it normal for this to be the maximum overclock? I have tried radclocker and ATItool and both stop at the same speed, anything above that and 3dmark 03 and 05 start having visual coruption. Does anyone else with this card have the same problem or is this just the limit of my card? Any help is appreciated and My specs are in sig....
And latest drivers etc....

what brand 9600xt do you have? my celestica is an oc dud. the core won't go up 10mhz, yes, not even 10, before it starts artifacting. my mem goes up 80mhz tho

It's a BBATI card and the load temps under rthdribl were 50 degrees celcius which doesn't seem very high. I don't really get artifacts, but the whole screen becomes corrupted to the point where it's not readable.
