9600 pro to 6600gt?

would it be worth it going from a 9600 pro to a 6600gt?

i cant afford anything more (i cant even afford a 6600gt...but hey....if the money comes in i know where i wanna spend it)

i would really like to play at 1280X1024 32bit color depth and full AA/AF/high settings

bu of course i cant do that in every game. so would 1280x768 with full AA/AF/settings in say......CS:S work just fine with a 6600gt? i say just fine meaning 50+ framerate?

YES. the 6600gt beats a 9800xt, it would be an extremely good upgrade for you to make. I just talked my friend into getting one to replace my old gf3 ti200 he was using. He loves it.

OMFG how many of these are you guys going to make? Don't upgrade unless you aren't happy with what you've got. It's that simple. But yeh, it's a good upgrade
