9500pro vmod went bad need help

anyone have a dead 9500pro or the chip that im missing (it melted off when the water cooling didnt turn on) i miss my video card can anyone help me?

PSST...that chip was never there. The pads are smooth. If a chip melted off, the resistors around it would have gone first.
