Well, I've been looking into flashing the bios of my 9500pro to 9700pro. Is this possible, has it been done, is it risky, where can i get the bios?

(i have the pcb with the memory chips all in one row, not the L shape"
 
you cant flash it to 9700 pro like some 9500 nonpros, but you can get a bios that lets you overclock. i also heard someone on these boards say that if you get omega drivers you can overclock without flashing the bios. im sure someone else can give you more info.
 
I am already using the omega drivers with that feature. I was just looking for a way to make my overclock more "permanent." I'll search around a little more....
