9500 to 9700 question

Okay I'm sort of confused.

I have a Sapphire 9500 non-pro.

I have the omegas drivers installed with the softmod enabled. This means that my card is at 9500 pro speeds, correct?

How - If I want to make my card at 9700 pro speeds, I need to overclock it to 326/310 correct?

Now is it possible to flash the 9500np bios with a 9700 pro bios?

What can I do to get the best results?
