In radlinker, ati tool, etc the memory shows at 270mhz...I thought that was normal, but after playing CSS source and getting pitiful speeds and looking online for reviews/benchmarks I noticed the actual speed is 540Mhz...It's an ATI radeon 9500 pro...Should I just go and change it to 540 with radlinker ati tool since its below its stock speed?

RADEON 9500 PRO
Core Clock 275Mhz
Memory Clock 540MHz

9500 has DDR memory, some places//apps list it as the speed before effective DDR, some list it after. Nothing to be worried about :)

its fine dont touch it! 540 will cause horrible artifacts and much more.
