9500 non pro unlock extra pipes , ect??

Its been forever since i tried to turn my 9500 into a 9700.. Its a powercolor and has the L shaped memory setup (128meg) and it overclocks nicely, but its forcing me to play CSS at 800x600.. I was wondering if anybody remembers how to soft mod them , or a special driver or whatever.. I'd like to try omega drivers, but i want to keep using the 4.9 Cats.. Any ideas/suggestions?

Stock clock on the card is 276mhz core 276mhz mem, i currently am running it at 373mhz core and 301 memory. I'd try for faster on the core but thats all the rage3d tweak will let me do..
