940b vs 2005fpw screen dimensions?

I'm either going to get a Dell 2005fpw or a Samsung 940b.

What is the physical dimensions of the 940b? Width and height in inches. The 2005fpw is 17"x11". I want to know if the 940b screen is much higher? I'm trying to decide if it's more useful to have more width or more height for general computer work :confused:
