Got a 920D here (2.8) running at 3.5 stock voltage, prime stable so far. What are other people getting with these?

/edit Now at 3.74 with 1.4125v, going strong.

You are only raising it as needed right?

I hit 3.9GHz at default voltage, and 4Ghz at 1.3625v (didn't even try higher)

I'm actually super happy with the performance (& temps) at 3.9Ghz, so I've kept it there.

Nah, just added it for good measure. will try 4.0 @ stock and see what we get. this is a P5LD2, so I don't really know what the northbride can handle, we'll see.

/edit : Huh, that was easy. Checking stability now.

Seems like every other time I start cpuz it reads double the voltage (or perhaps total voltage, to both cpus.)

Well, it passed prime95 for a couple hours. Boxed it up and gave it back to the owner. Nice little chip.

I have had a P5LD2 for 5 months with a Celeron 64 and I was looking at getting a 920. I saw that the 920s were not overclocking well with some P5LD2s, so this is definitely promising.

You should check out the P5WD2. You could prolly take your CPU up higher.

Well, pretty much all of the 920's are hitting 266 (1066FSB) at default voltage so its equivalent to a 3.73Ghz EE + a whole extra core of power.

So minimum results you can expect them to perform AT LEAST as good as the 955XE Extreme Edition (plenty of stock benchmarks around for them) Then add about 10% for the faster clock. (the 2 extra thread for HT don't do anything really)

And many are hitting 4Ghz with just a little bump in voltage so even faster + faster FSB, etc. etc..

Its incorrect.... its adding the voltage from both cores for some reason. I've seen that before. divide by 2 for the correct voltage.
