Just an update, got around to messing with it some more.

After reading all the rumors and whatnot about overclock on the 945P hitting FSB problems, well they are just not true:

This is at Stock Voltage, with the Stock Cooler, ASUS P5LD2, a Thermaltake TR2-470W PS, RAM is Corsair ValueRam PC4200, and in my Antec P180 case.

Temps with both cores running Prime95 @ 150F CPU, 89F MB.

The rumors were that 945P chipset doesn't like to go over 220fsb ish. Which I'm over.
Next I have yet to hit reach any cap, as I have only tried up to what I'm at now.
Please share with me your insight as to how I am proving it wrong?
