920 or 930 for new pc?

from newegg, theres almost a 100bux different between the two. Is it worth it to get the 930 for 3.0ghz? Or could I save that 100bux and get the 920 and OC it to 3.0 or greater?

I'll most likely get the Asus P5WD2 / 955X motherboard. though it isnt final yet. still trying tto do some more researching before ordering. oh and the pc will be use dmostly for photoshop / webdesign / large photo editing :)
 
get a 920
i paid $282 to have mine overnighted
it does 4.1ghz stable on stock volts
and 4.5ghz stable on 1.5v
 
920 it will be then. :)

what HSF would you recommend? (easy installation would be ideal :D )

which of these would fit on the ASUS P5WD2 Premium and in the Antec P150 case (or Raidmax X1) with no problems?
