Anyone else seeing these at the moment, they are absolutely crippling my rig - PPD on the 460 is currently 3k more than usual - however PPD on the xeon's is down by 30k - UGH:(

I've been getting quite the run of them. tpf on a 2685 is all the way up to 41 min, up from an average of just over 39 min, and that's *with* -smp 7.... I think it comes out a wash on my 920, but I can certainly imagine this hurting some of the rigs with faster procs

I've shut mine down for now, i'll try again in a couple of days and see what unit i pull. Bit narked as i have no current facility for pulling the GPU out and sticking it in another rig to try and get other units.

If its coming in at a wash i'd shut down and save some electricity, they are only test units anyway so its not as if the science is being damaged

My school is footing the bill anyway, so I think I'll leave them on. I'm still pulling probably 1-3 6801s between the 2 gpus each day, so at least they're doing *something*

My 470 drops in PPD when it gets one of these, but whatever. I'll fold it and move on.

P10953 is a 925 pt'er and was totally crippling my GTS450. Kept euepausing even after quit and restarting several times and tried rolling back drivers to 260.99 to no avail. Deleted core and redownloaded (core 15) and after an extended startup time it euepaused again right away. I fired up GPUz to check on the videocard clocks, temps, etc. when I noticed the PCI-E bus speed dropping out of PCI-E x16 2.0 mode back to plain x16 mode? First time I've ever seen that. A cold boot into BIOS and re-enable PCI-E Spread Spectrum seems to have fixed it for now as the unit is running and ramped up to almost 3K ppd with a TPF of 4:40 . Low ppd compared to what I'm used to seeing for this GPU but I lost at least a day on this unit 'cause I don't use/check on this boxen often. Hope I don't get too many of these in my garden.

update: 4700 ppd / 2:50 tpf
