I am tired of having a bunch of those "U" shaped bends in my PSU cables, as they go from device to device. Ultimately I want to achieve that really clean look. As a solution I saw that some of you are using 90 degree molex connectors. Makes sense how the cable goes into the top and comes out of the bottom.
For those of you who have experience with these, how do you like them? Do the crimp ones (the ones where you shove the cable into teeth and that makes the contact between the conductor and the plugs pins) work well? How do they work, considering you really are only using the outer most conductor strands of a wire (versus the whole wire when you use the standard crimp method)? Do they REALLY make a clean, secure electrical connection?
The rail that I want to put the 90's on has 2 DVD drives, 2 hard drives, and a floppy on it.
Thanks.
