Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but why is CPU-Z showing differently?

In the screenshots preceding that one, the text in CPU-Z is blue, and there's a .0 after x 15, the box and label for "Brand ID" are grayed out, the voltage is visible and at the bottom left, there's an "ID: XXX". These are different on the 8.0GHz screenshot.

Is there an actual reason for this?
