8bg Thumb Drive Reading 1gb

So I was messing with an old netbook and I tried to install chromium via thumb drive. It didn;t work, so I figured I'd try another OS from the thumb drive again, but when I open the drive, I only have 1 gb and it has a ton of unallocated space. I went to Disk Management but I can't seem to find a way to un-partition or anything, its just showing that I have like 7 partitions, some healthy and some unallocated. Any easy way to fix this? Disk Management isn't allowing me to delete partitions and format.
