Weird problem with my GTS right now....
Everytime I reboot my PC and go back into Windows, (after my PC has been on for several hours) My FPS drops to like 10-30 FPS in almost all games (Crysis, COD4, etc..) Every movement I make in the game, it lags and stutters for some odd reason.
The only way to fix this would be to shut down my PC for about 30 minutes and once I turn it back on, (cold boot) My FPS will stay normal as long as I do not restart windows.
I'm sure there is nothing wrong with the video card because I tried 2 different ones and gotten the same results. I've also tried beta and official forceware drivers which were no help. So I am pretty positive it is a hardware problem.
Could the problem by my PSU (Antec Neopower 480w)? I mean it has dual rails with enough Amps to power the card according to the specs sheets. All input is appreciated.
