8800 to quadro?

ok so i finally got a new gaming card, so i took one of my 8800s out and its folding, and the other i would like to use in my cad machine. I know you can softmod some of the cards to Quadro status, but i cant find a clear verdict on wether its possible on a g92 card. I have a bfg 880gt OC, would prolly be pretty bad ass in soliworks (CAD)...anyone know? i tried google but like i said, i couldnt find a clear answer.
 
ok i found it...you have to change the bios and install the quadro drivers. Ive already moddified the factory 8800gt driver to "look" like a fx3700 and ive set the clocks to 640/1620/1100. also set the min fan at 40%, but i couldnt find a way to lower the temps it came on at...


NOW...if someone could help me boot and flash the bios from a usb stick i would greatly appreiciate it. never done that one b4
 
ok...boot usb made...now the last prblem

does nvflash work with 64 bit computers??? i cant get any version to open in windows 7 .i havent tried dos yet.
 
i think so..i am making a dos boot usb with win98...it shouldnt be a problem with that.

i got it to work. it updated with the new bios and everything. i even verified that the new bios was installed onto it but i started up windows and it still shows i have a 8800gt...which means the device id didnt change. So does that mean the crap in Nibitor is just tags and dont change anything????
