Ok I have a quick question about my 8000 gts 512mb

Basically when i play CS:S weather i have everything maxed or nothing max i stay at a constant fps of 60, has anyone else had this problem?

Is Vsync turned on?

Sounds like your using vsync. It caps your fps at 60.
 
In the games graphics options just uncheck the box that says vsync, although alot of folks have a wierd problem with stuttering/hiccups in TF2 when vsync is turned off not sure if CS:S is the same but probably so if vsync is enabled by default.
 
You can also override it the Nvidia control panel. Just set Vsync to "always off" in the performance options area.
