seems like I got a pretty good cpu, this is in an Mcase n1 ITX box with a 92mm noctua cooler

question is, is 1.29v too much for the new 14nm cpus? the heat seems in check under load, i started at 1.35 and worked my way down, 1.28 hangs on stress tests but 1.29 has no issues with anything thus far

Guess it depends on what your doing, like or it were loaded 24/7 I would use less than if your just gaming.

1.3v should be no issue, and where I personally feel comfortable but 1.35v should also be fine.

Many seem to be pushing 1.4v

Voltage seems low for those clocks and that's a small cooler, what did you use for stress testing?

Aida64 and the CPU burner in furmark only ran them for a couple hours but all i really do is play wow on the pc lol, no issues so far

im sure at some point i should try prime95 and see how that does
