8600GT Release Date??

It was truck night tonight at Best Buy and when we unloaded and put everything away, I noticed we got some 8600GT's in stock from BFG. They are retail $250.... employee is like $232ish (somewhere arount that, I forgot the exact amount) ....

We already put them out on the floor, and I was curious what the release date on them was?? I thought they aren't out until like April 17th??

$250 seems a bit pricey when you consider the price of the 8800gts 320, or some of the ati cards that are supposed to be better.
 
yea its pricey... but I rather set someone up with a 8600GT instead of 7900GT or X1950pro (the highest end cards we carry instore).... since its a DX10 card....
