I've got a Norco RPC-470. I've currently got an AMD PII 940BE sitting on an MSI K9A2 with stock cooling. Going to upgrade to the TR AXP-140 when TR puts out the AMD brackets for it (I'm currently using one on a Q6600 @ 3.6 and am pretty impressed with the temps).

This is a dedicated F@H box that is currently running 3x9800GX2's. The cards have the Core & Memory downclocked and the Shader OC'd. Temps are pretty good right now because I am using the case fans that came with it. Those 80mm fans however are LOUD. I knew that going in so I bought 4x 80mm YL Med to replace them and 2 more for the rear. The YLs are much quieter obviously, but I don't think they moved enough air to keep temps down where I would like them. I put the original case fans back in till I can find a better solution.

What are my options for 80mm case fans that will move a little more air, but aren't server quality (ie., loud as hell). Doesn't have to be fancy. Don't need LEDs and that kind of crap as this will sit in a box and won't be seen.

Noctua's fans might be something to look in to. If they are anything like their 120mm models, they move a good amount of air.
