80gb Drive Going down the tube?

My 3 1/2 week old Maxtor DiamondMax 9 Plus 80GB drive is scaring me. SMART has all sorts of errors:

The one that worries me most is the Spin Up Time. I have tried restarting and it still stays there. Any ideas?

Drive has a T.E.C date of 12/16/2004

I had a Maxtor fail on me a while back. Did you run the Maxblast
diagnostics on the drive ?

If not do so. If the drive is bad it spits out a number your give to
Maxtor tech support and they give you a new drive. I assume
this is under warrenty. The sofware is available on there website
with directions for making it a boot disk.
