Yep works great, delid allows for better TIM paste, can be installed on motherboard without resealing IHS with glue because bracket will hold it in place. I ran it at 5.3Ghz before just to test it but settled on 5.1 because I didn't want to abuse it. Your results may very because there are so many variables.

On water or air? If water were you using a legit bespoke setup or a CLC?
 
If anyone buys this and wants a rocket cool copper IHS I have a spare one for 8th gen that I can sell you for ten bucks shipped.
