So I have come up with about 800 bucks for new pc parts...
I NEED new memory, a new motherboard, and a video card(s).
I am hoping to go sli sometime in the furture, but as of this moment if this isn't enough i can wait, I don't like to skimp.
The motherboard must be high quality, with loads of overclocking options, that doesn't kill stability. (Its my everyday pc as well) Socket 939, support SATA, and SLI.
Memory must be EXTREMLEY overclockable, I WILL NOT skimp on this stuff, and I highly prefer 2 gb's total. I did see some xtreem bh-5 chips that im interested in but they only come in 512 sticks, and i hear all 4 dimms taken up can hurt overclockability.
Video card is in your court, too many new ones have been released for me to keep up with, I would prefer something no more than about 350, because I know thier prices drop like stones once the new versions are out, and I don't plan on spending another crapload of cash on one thats soo to be outdated.
