Maybe I'm nuts, but I thought 6800LEs had 12 pipelines. I am willing to bet that there won't be many people successfully modding these cards to 16 pipes.

Wonder what it benchmarks? probably similar to 9800XT? Somewhere around 6,000-7,000 in 3Dmark03.

EDIT: just saw some stuff in other forums referencing the fact that there are 2 types of 6800LEs. This one is the 'real' one and eVGA has the 12 Pipeline 6800LE.

So no flaming!
 
6800le is an 8 pipeline NV40 AFAIK

the 6600GT AGP should beat a 6800LE pretty soundly, as it murders it in fillrate (4000mpps vs. 2600mpps).
