haven't been keeping up with network gear as of late; looking to replace two gig switches with something that reports reliable stats. really want network performance data. $100-200 budget but it better be the most baller switch ever created at that price point.

cisco sg300-10 gives you 10 ports and pretty solid management /stats for just over 200 (208 on amazon)
 
I have Netgear GS110TP. No problems with SNMP. 110t model (without PoE) is around 110$ and tp model (with PoE) is around 200.
