7mm SSDs

[thecrafter]

Hello,

Anyone know of any 7mm SSDs that are 60-64GB in size?

I think Intel x-25m and 320 are 7mm, but those are too expensive.

Intel X25m are also 7mm (they come with a spacer that increase to 9.5), with the 320 out, start checking for sales on the x25m, its still a fine ssd.

Are there any others? Specifically non-intel ones? This is kinda urgent

Not to my knowledge, but cross check if you really need a 7mm, 9.5mm is the standard for 2.5 drives. Very few laptops ask for such a thin drive, and thus not many manfuctures go into this none standard sizes. I think also intel X18 (1.8 drive) also is 7mm, aside from that i dont know any others.

The laptop (X220 Thinkpad) definitely only takes 7mm One last hopeful bump for cheaper SSD alternative
